Angel Of Music
My friend Don and I got out on a gorgeous morning to walk and pray in the Stadium District near downtown Tacoma. We were amazed at what one can see when walking that is entirely missed when driving past. There's good and bad, dark and light. On the one hand, fatalistic graffiti. On the other, an angel of music (just visible over someone's backyard fence).

I still keep up with your journal and enjoy your wonderful photography. God Bless....
Hi. I just saw your blog for the 1st time today. My boyfriend and I just got back from 2 places. Delong Park (off the left hand side of the parking lot of Fred Meyer on 19th st & Stevens) and a Wildlife Preserve off of a little street off Ruston Way waterfront. It was across from K-D downs I believe. I really like Snake Lake & China Creek areas. (off S 19th St) They're going to expand Snake Lake Nature center in upcoming years. I appreciate how you appreciate even the parts of Tacoma that people have taken to calling gheto or what-not. Did you also know that all art museams in downtown Tacoma are free the 3rd Thursday of each month, from 5pm-7pm? Have fun in your travels and God Bless!
